Good Governance and JADF division


To promote good governance and service delivery principles, the department of Good Governance, service delivery and JADF has the following responsibilities:

·         To promote and monitor of good governance principles;

·         To monitor the service delivery in public and private sector as well as in non-governmental organizations;

·         To advocate for increased Citizen Participation;

·         To coordinate and the follow up the Joint Action Development Forum activities;

·         To monitor Capacity Building interventions in local government;

·         To monitor of the peer learning and peer review program to enhance accountable governance in local government;

·         The coordinate and monitor the on-the-job training of districts’ staff through the coaching program.
