PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICE, ACCOMMODATION AND RELATED FACILITIES
1. The Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received the ordinary budget towards the cost of services related to hosting meetings, trainings, workshops and other ceremonies. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Tender Notice is issued;
2. The Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) invites qualified bidders (Hotels, guest houses and restaurants) located in Nyarugenge, Gasabo, Kicukiro, Rwamagana, Nyagatare, Ngoma, Musanze, Huye, Nyanza, Gicumbi, Bugesera, Karongi and Rubavu District to submit bids for the tender entitled “PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICE, ACCOMMODATION AND RELATED FACILITIES” as indicated in detail in the Tender Document;
3.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 17/11/2012 in the Procurement Office Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), situated at Remera, ZIGAMA CSS Building, 4th floor; Tel 0788419191, 0785371587;
4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Governance Board (RGB);
5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office Not later than 17/12/2012 at 09.00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected;
6. Bids will be opened the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) meeting room 6TH floor at 09:30 a.m. local time;
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title;
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement
