Policy Dialogue on Mo Ibrahim Foundation Index –Rwanda 2009 Report


The Mo Ibrahim index of African governance ranks Sub-Saharan African Countries on governance indicators including, Safety and Security, Rule of Law, Transparency and Corruption, Participation and Human Rights, Sustainable Economic Development and Human Development.
The Policy dialogue on Mo Ibrahim Index was between 24th and 25th June 2010 and was attended by Senior Government Officials, Civil Society, Media Practitioners, academia and Development Partners. The Mo Ibrahim sent to Kigali meeting a team of 7 high level delegates, comprising members of the technical and steering committee of the index.
RGAC researchers analyzed with scrutiny the 2009 Mo Ibrahim governance report on Rwanda and the methodology of the Ibrahim Index and their findings laid the foundation for the discussion. Download Report
