On 29 May 2026, the Deputy CEO of RGB Dr. USENGUMUKIZA Felicien together with Secretary General Dr. Edward Kalisa and Heads of Departments received H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn Boshe, the former Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Co-founder of the African School of Governance in a courtesy visit. 

During the visit, their discussions centered on RGB mandate, the process and regal framework of registering non-governmental organizations and Faith-Based Organisations, among others.
