Ivorian delegation impressed by RGB governance and service delivery assessment tools

On 14th October 2021,  RGB received the delegation from Ivory Coast which is in an official mission to Rwanda for knowledge sharing in various fields including particularly good governance.

In a conversation on good governance and service delivery in Rwanda, Dr. Usengumukiza Felicien, Head of the Research and Home-Grown Solutions Department at RGB, explained to the members of the delegation the different tools of RGB such as the Rwanda Governance Scorecard (RGS) that measures the state of governance and the Citizen Report Card (CRC), a survey that assesses citizens’ satisfaction with services delivery.

The Head of the Ivorian delegation, the Minister of Promotion of Good Governance, Capacity Building an the Fight against Corruption,  Mr Epiphane ZORO appreciated these tools of RGB confirming that they are models that can inspire his Ministry as a new institution recently established in Ivory Coast with a similar mission to that of RGB.

Minister Epiphane ZORO and  his delegation were also received, on a courtesy visit, by Dr KAITESI Usta, Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda Governance Board.
