On 24 June 2024, the RGB Deputy CEO Dr. Felecien USENGUMUKIZA received members of delegation from the War College of the Republic of Senegal who are in the study visit under special bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Senegal, through the Ministry of Defence.

The delegation was given a presentation on good governance and service delivery in Rwanda, and the impact of Home-Grown Solutions in promoting citizens’ welfare and in the development of the country in general, among others.

The delegation composed of students from Senegal, Morocco, Mauritania, Cameroon, Tchad, Togo, Cote d’Ivoire are on a study tour in Rwanda from 23 - 29 June 2024, is headed by Navy Captain Baye Meissa KHOULE, the Deputy Director of National Defence Institute of Senegal.
