On this Thursday 29^th January 2026, the RGB CEO Dr. Doris Uwicyeza Picard received a delegation of Members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on International Relations, Defence and Security of the National Assembly of Namibia who are in Rwanda for a study visit. 

During the visit, the Namibian delegation was given a presentation on RGB mandate, Governance oversight, Accountability systems, and Citizen participation mechanisms in Rwanda, among others. 

In her remarks, the CEO @DodoPicard highlighted Rwanda’s remarkable transformation through good governance, accountability and National Unity as key imperatives in the development of the country after the 1994 Genocide against the Tusti. 

Hon. James UNOMASA, Chairperson of the delegation thanked the RGB leadership for the good presentation and committed to share with his Namibian counterparts what the delegation learnt from Rwanda governance system back home.
