On 25 August 2025, our Deputy CEO Dr. Usengumukiza Felicien received members of delegation from the State of Qatar who are in Rwanda for a study tour. Their interactions centered on RGB mandate and the contribution of good governance policies in Rwanda’s social and economic transformation.

This delegation of 34 members will be visiting Rwanda from 24th to 30th August 2025 where they will meet officials from various institutions in Rwanda for the purpose of interacting on different topics, including Leadership, Governance, and Foreign Policy; Economic Development and Investment; Innovation and Human Capital Development; Aviation Developments; and Social Integration and National Identity.
