On this Wednesday 21, 2024 at RGB Headquarters, a handover ceremony took place between the outgoing RGB CEO Dr. Kaitesi Usta and the incoming CEO of Dr. Doris Uwicyeza Picard.

In her remarks, the outgoing CEO Dr. Usta KAITESI, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for work achieved by RGB and saluted the dedicated staff and stakeholders who collaborated tirelessly to achieve significant results during her tenure.

The incoming CEO Dr. Doris Uwicyeza Picard expressed her commitment to working in team spirit with RGB staff to achieve the institution’s mandate.

Dr. Doris Uwicyeza Picard was appointed by the President of the Republic of Rwanda to be the Chief Executive Officer at Rwanda Governance Board on 16 August 2024. 

Before her appointment, she was Coordinator of Migration and Economic Development Partnership Coordination Unit (MEDP - CU) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation since March 12, 2024. she also served as Chief Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Justice.
