Ms. Abera Peace is an employee of the year of 2025-2026. She joined Rwanda Governance Board in 2018 as a Secretary in the Finance Unit. From December 2021 to January 2023, she served as the Acting Procurement Officer. Since February 2023 up to the present, she serves as the Administrative Assistant to the CEO.

Ms. Abera Peace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Kigali Independent University.
